Late Cancellation A 50% cancellation fee applies if cancelled less than 24 hours before your scheduled service. No refunds are available for same-day cancellations or no-shows. No-Show Policy If our team is unable to access your property, a $25 fee may apply. Please ensure someone is present or provide clear access instructions before your appointment.
